- All the staffs responsible for hand assembling are professionally trained, focusing on aesthetics, handcraft experience and quality concepts, most of them come from specialized schools and receive professional training before they are formally employed, and more than 90% of the workers have been working in the company for at least 5 years to ensure the best quality of the finished products.
